Hello! My name is Jenna. I’m originally from Kansas, but I moved out to Fort Collins in 2017 to attend Colorado State University for Zoology. I ended up with a degree in Ecosystem Science and Sustainability with a minor in English, but my passion for all animals has never been stronger! I truly enjoy being a CSR so that I can help both the clients and the patients feel as comfortable as possible while at WVH. When I’m not working, you can find me reading fiction, playing video games, writing, or hanging out with my roommates’ 4 cats (Atlas, Salem, Sassy, and Creature) and their dog (Tesne).
Dr. Michelina Petri started her professional career in veterinary medicine when she was 15 years old working as a kennel assistant, receptionist, veterinary assistant, and eventually veterinary technician in a variety of different clinics. She started her academic career in Community College and transferred to Colorado State University. She graduated from CSU with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Science in Biomedical Science before attending veterinary school there as well. She graduated from CSU School of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 2016. After graduation she worked as an Associate Veterinarian and Chief of Staff at a small animal general practice. Professionally, she loves surgery, internal medicine, dentistry, and dermatology, but above all celebrating and preserving the human-animal bond. She is a member of the Colorado Veterinary Medical Association, American Veterinary Medical Association, and American Animal Hospital Association. Personally, she loves spending time with her husband and two children, gardening, hiking, and camping.

Hello! My name is Stephen Wilson. I’ve been in the veterinary field since 2004 and have loved every minute. I just recently moved to Fort Collins from Phoenix with my girlfriend Caitlin, who just started Vet School at CSU. We couldn’t be happier with our move. I love outdoor activities like hiking, rock climbing, lake days and exploring everything our new state has to offer. I have a new pit bull puppy named Finley and she keeps me pretty busy outside of work, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I started at Wellington Veterinary Hospital in late August and couldn’t be more thrilled about this new adventure.
Hi! I’m Ashley! I’ve been at WVH since Jan’ 22 I worked at ER hospitals before switching to general practice, so I could focus on getting my own business started. I also do herding competitively with my German shepherd, which has been such a challenge, but I really enjoy learning through all of the obstacles we’ve faced to get better. I love training dogs, and have a special talent for working with scared and nervous dogs. When I’m not at work, you can find me doing something outside with my dogs, or working with clients and their dogs. Dogs are my favorite animal, can you tell?
Hi there! My name is Lizzie and I started working at Wellington Vet. since the beginning of this year. I originally started off as one of our receptionists but have transitioned towards the medical side training as a veterinary assistant. I love animals in all shapes in sizes. Hi there! I’m Skyler. I was born and raised in Fort Collins and moved to Wellington a couple of years ago. I’ve always had a passion for working with animals, especially since I grew up around dogs and horses. As a kid, we had a corgi named Gunnar who was my camping buddy! In October of last year, we got a toy aussie- doodle named Zoey! She’s a tiny firecracker who keeps me on my toes most days. I started working at WVH in late July, and every minute has been a pleasure. Each day brings on new challenges and I love being given the chance to tackle them.

Hello! I’m Katie. I graduated from CSU with a bachelor’s degree in zoology just a couple of weeks ago! I live in Fort Collins with 3 other ladies, and we are the best of friends. In our house we have a dog, a cat, a snake, two tortoises, and at one point a hedgehog and frog were in the mix. I’ve fostered a few dogs during my time as a student as well, and it was such a rewarding experience. There is never a dull moment in the animal department of our home. I also love to volunteer at Rescue Friends Animal Sanctuary here in Wellington. My favorite part about my job at WVH is getting to constantly learn new things. Even though I am excited to relax after almost 4 years of studying for my bachelors, getting to learn new things about each individual situation, client, and animal is something that has been so rewarding for me! I love the family feel at the hospital, and I am so excited to continue learning and growing with

Hi! My name is Kaitlyn, and I’ve been with Wellington Vet hospital as a vet assistant since January 2022.
