We are excited to be able to provide our clients with Preventive Care Wellness Plans that provide excellent annual pet wellness and affordable payment options to our clients. In addition to the recommended yearly services, plan holders will receive 10% or 15% discounts on medical exams and hospital products for individual and combination plans, respectively.
All plans are subject to an initial enrollment fee of $55 for the first pet and $30 for each additional pet, set by our payment processing partner, Vetbilling. After the first year, an annual fee of $30 per pet is required.
Please note that all services must be completed within 15 months of the plan start date. Services that have not been used will be forfeited without a refund. Medical exam and product discounts expire the same day as the plan end.
